By accessing or using ZipWise ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ZipWise is a route optimization platform for sales teams and field service businesses. We provide tools for route planning, client note-taking, visit tracking, and team management.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected during signup. Prices are listed on our pricing page. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. All plans include a 14-day free trial.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, your account remains active through the end of your current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
You retain ownership of all data you input into ZipWise, including route data, client notes, and visit history. We do not claim ownership of your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
ZipWise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
